Review
Clandestine by Puspita Idola Pirsouw. This novel is one of the novels on the wattpad platform recommended by my high school friend. This novel is a thriller-romance genre. I decided to buy this novel because the author remodeled almost all the contents of this novel. This makes me curious about the contents of the novel. Initially, before this novel was published, this novel contained the story of an ordinary high school teenager who dated a psychopath who hid his identity. Although it tells the story of a psychopath, this novel initially tells more of a romance story, so the thriller genre is less pronounced. The author who realized this then revamped the content of the novel. Thus, the current novel contains the story of a real psychopath.
This novel tells the story of Disya Rosvallen, the main character who accidentally meets Raynald Darren Avranega, a psychopath who hides his identity with a gold mask as a trademark. Disya thought she had a romantic high school story. But what he didn't know was that he was the target of a murder. But, it wasn't just Reynald who targeted Disya. Disya is also the target of Reynald's brothers who are also psychopaths.
Pros
There are short poems at the beginning and end of the chapters. I fell in love and got goosebumps at the same time with the psychopathic characters in this novel. Be it Reynald or his siblings. The author really portrays how psychopaths really are. It makes us realize that we should never fall in love or get involved with psychopaths. The ending is very realistic with the depiction of real psychopaths. There is also a lot of romance and comedy tucked away in this thriller novel which makes this novel very exciting.
Disadvantages
For the cons, I think the author should make clandestine 2. Many puzzles are still unanswered and really make me curious.

Clandestine karya Puspita Idola Pirsouw. Novel ini adalah salah satu novel yang berada di platfom wattpad yang direkomendasikan oleh teman sma ku. Novel ini bergenre thriller-romansa. Aku memutuskan untuk membeli novel ini karena sang penulis merombak hampir semua isi novel ini. Hal ini membuat aku penasaran dengan isi novelnya. Awalnya, sebelum novel ini terbit, novel ini berisi kisah remaja sma biasa yang berpacaran dengan seorang psychopath yang menyembunyikan identitasnya. Walaupun menceritakan seorang psychopath, novel ini awalnya lebih menceritakan kisah romansanya saja, sehingga genre thriller-nya kurang terasa. Sang penulis yang menyadari hal itu kemudian merombak isi novelnya. Sehingga, jadilah novel yang sekarang yang berisi kisah psychopath sesungguhnya.
Novel ini menceritakan Disya Rosvallen, sang tokoh utama yang tak sengaja bertemu dengan Raynald Darren Avranega, seorang psychopath yang menyembunyikan identitasnya dengan sebuah topeng emas sebagai ciri khas. Disya pikir, ia memiliki kisah masa sma yang romantis. Tapi, yang dia tidak ketahui, ia merupakan target pembunuhan. Tapi, yang menargetkan Disya bukan hanya Reynald. Disya juga menjadi target dari saudara-saudaranya Reynald yang juga merupakan psychopath.
Kelebihan
Terdapat puisi-puisi pendek yang sangat mengena di awal dan akhir bab novel. Aku jatuh hati sekaligus merinding di saat yang bersamaan dengan tokoh-tokoh psychopath yang ada dalam novel ini. Baik itu, Reynald maupun saudara-saudaranya. Sang penulis benar-benar menggambarkan bagaimana psychopath sebenarnya. Hal itu sangat menyadarkan kita untuk tidak boleh jatuh hati atau pun terlibat dengan psychopath. Endingnya sangat realistis dengan penggambaran psychopath yang sebenarnya. Banyak juga kisah romansa dan komedi yang terselip di novel thriller ini yang membuat novel ini seru sekali.
Kekurangan
Untuk kekurangannya, aku pikir sang penulis harus membuat clandestine 2. Banyak teka-teki yang masih belum terjawab dan sangat membuatku penasaran.
